Chaon was promoted to his current position after serving for over a year as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Global Swift Funding.

Chaon’s professional experience prior to joining Global Swift Funding includes 15 years of managerial and corporate experience in the franchise restaurant market, including area and regional directorial and corporate positions with Brinker International and Johnny Carino’s. He also created and founded Sau’tee Urban Bistro, a successful casual plus restaurant brand in Arizona.
